We ship orders as quickly as possible. The vast majority of orders are shipped either the same or next business day. If there is a problem with your order, we will notify you via email.

All orders to the 48 states should be eligible for a S&H option of $6.99 or less.

US MAIL:

  • Transit time is NOT guaranteed.
  • Delivery Confirmation is proof of delivery.
  • USPS packages are shipped with delivery confirmation.
  • Delivery confirmation is not available to APO/FPO addresses.
  • USPS Rates are valid for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, other Domestic addresses.
First Class Mail - Valid only for orders with estimated weights of 13 ounces or less. First Class Mail rates are $2.99 up to 6 ounces and $3.99 for 6 to 13 ounces. Delivery confirmation is included.

Priority Mail - Rates are calculated from the USPS web site using the estimated shipping weight and delivery location. The average delivery time for Priority mail is 2 - 3 days. Delivery confirmation is included.

  • While we make every effort to ship orders as they come in, we are unable to guarantee any specified delivery time. Any estimations of delivery times are based solely on direct statements from the carriers we use. Financial liability, of carrier delivery time guarantees, lies with the carrier.
  • Priority attention is given to orders where expedited UPS options are selected.
  • Rates are for the original shipment only. Any subsequent shipments for an order will be by the least expensive method; unless the customer chooses to pay the additional cost for other methods.
  • Shipping and Handling are not refundable.
  • Multiple orders cannot be combined for shipment after they are placed.
  • We reserve the right to limit sales quantities in cases of errors.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason.

UPS Next Day Air - Delivery by Noon of the next business day after shipment, where available.

Details & Restrictions:

  • Most orders are shipped by the next business days.
  • Customer is liable for additional charges if customer enters delivery information incorrectly, is not available to receive package from driver, or refuses delivery. This may include, but is not limited to, additional shipping charges and UPS Fees. UPS charges a $20 address correction charge.
  • Delivery times are given by UPS. Financial liablility of any delivery guarantees lies with UPS.

International Orders


Shipments to Aruba, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belarus, Belgium, Belize, Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Grenada, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Spain, Saint Kitts, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, and the United Kingdom only. We will consider other countries on a case by case basis.

We will not ship to Africa, Argentina, Chile, Estonia, Fiji, South Korea, Malta, Panama, Turkey, or Venezuela.

We only ship international items once or twice per week, not daily.

Payments

  • Due to the higher risk of fraud or loss, international orders cannot be more than $100, before S&H.
  • Orders must be shipped to the credit card or Paypal account holders address.
  • International payment must be made by US Dollars, credit card, or a money order payable through a Bank located in the United States or the US Postal Service.
  • Payments must be payable in US Dollars.
  • International checks are not accepted.

Shipping

  • Shipping is determined by the USPS Web Server using an estimated weight calculated by our shopping basket. A handling fee is included.
  • Orders will generally be shipped two or three times per week.
  • Actual purchase price is listed on the customs form. Merchandise cannot be marked as a gift. It is illegal to do otherwise.
  • The customer is solely responsible for any duties, taxes, delivery fees, etc beyond S&H charges.
  • Any estimations of delivery times are based solely on direct statements from the carrier. Financial liablility of any carrier guarantee lies solely with the carrier.
  • Shipping and Handling are not refundable.

Details and Restrictions

  • Due to the higher costs of international shipping, there is no warranty, guarantee or replacement offered for damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items. Items are visually checked before shipping. However, time constraints and product packaging do not allow us to test or inspect every item. Items are packaged carefully and double checked. Replacements for missing or incorrectly shipped items in international shipments are not offered. Insurance provides coverage for some of these issues, but is the sole financial liability of the carrier.
  • Return shipping will not be paid by us for any reason on international shipments.
  • Multiple orders cannot be combined for shipment after they are placed.
  • We reserve the right to limit sales quantities in cases of errors or to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason.

Please be sure to include a note with the return items to let us know if you want a refund of the purchase price or an exchange.

Note: International buyers are responsible for any duty or border charges.

Non-Defective Returns or Exchanges:

  • Items must be received by us within 30 calendar days of customer delivery.
  • Items must be in original, as shipped, condition; including unopened packaging if applicable.
  • Shipping and handling is not refundable.
  • For orders with quantity discounts, the original order will be recalculated, which may result in a lower discount, or loss of discount, on the items not returned.
  • For orders with Flat Rate or Free shipping discounts, the original order will be recalculated to include the actual shipping cost of the original shipment. This will be deducted from the refund for returned items or credit for exchange items.
  • Unless specifically authorized by us, we will not pay return shipping.
  • Exchanges will incur shipping costs.
  • It is recommended that the package be returned to us insured by the carrier. Items lost or damaged during return shipping will not be refunded or replaced.
  • Refused, unopened, or returned by the carrier for any reason, refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus any return shipping costs.
  • Closeout Items are sold "as is." Returns are not allowed on closeout items.

Defective Returns:

  • Unless stated otherwise below, defective items may be returned for exchange only and may incur shipping charges.
  • Shipping and handling is not refundable.
  • Unless specifically authorized by us, we will not pay return shipping.
  • Special orders may only be returned for functional defects. We must be notified within 3 days of receipt.
  • Items must be received by us within 30 calendar days of customer delivery.
  • It is recommended that the package be returned to us insured by the carrier. Items lost or damaged during return shipping will not be refunded or replaced.
  • Anything not shown in the picture cannot be considered defective, ie packaging, pouches, etc.
  • Closeout Items are sold "as is." Returns are not allowed on closeout items.
