Burr Cutter Index
Use with Dremel rotary tools.
Carbide Burrs: Carbide burrs have a much longer life than High Speed Steel Cutters. Use on steel, hardened steel, stainless steel, cast iron, nonferrous metals, ceramics, plastics, hardwood, etc. For longer life, use with a cooling agent such as Bursaver, water, or oil.
Diamond Coated Burrs: Diamond burrs will cut into glass, wood, metal, stone, practically anything. For longer life, use with a cooling agent such as Bursaver, water, or oil.
High Speed Steel Burrs: High-Speed Steel burrs are used for shaping and forming non-ferrous metals, plastics, woods and other materials. For longer life, use with a cooling agent such as Bursaver, water, or oil.
Rotary Rasps: Rotary Rasps will cut wood, fiberglass, plastic, and other soft materials.
Structured Tooth Carbide Burrs: Structured Tooth Tungsten Carbide Burrs will cut wood, fiberglass, plastic, epoxy and rubber. Remove a greater amount of material with very little loading using the fast cutting needle-sharp teeth of these burrs.
Titanium Nitride Coated Burrs: Titanium Nitride coated burrs are like HSS or diamond coated burrs, but have a protective coating that makes the cutting edge harder, run cooler, and last longer. For longer life, use with a cooling agent such as Bursaver, water, or oil.
