Regularly $19.97 - 6pc Plastic Polish Restoration Kit, featuring Flitz products. Use on headlights and other plastic surfaces. Set includes:
- One Flitz BP-03511 1.76 oz / 50g Metal Polish
- Two Flitz 1500 grit Abrasive Pads
- One XQC1-300B - 2.5 X 3 inch CONE Cloth Polishing Buff, 1/4 inch shank
- One XPA1-200B - 4 inch MUSHROOM Cloth Polishing Buff, 1/4 inch shank
- One 16 inch x 16 inch Ultra-Soft Micro Fiber Polishing Cloth.
Directions: Mask off the area with tape. Use the 1500 grit abrasive pad to polish up surface. Chuck cloth polishing buffs in a drill. Apply Flitz and buff the plastic with the cloth polishing buffs. Use the Microfiber cloth to final polish and clean up remaining polish.
Note: if the plastic is pitted, a more aggressive approach may be needed. While it is not included, we recommend using 500 grit sandpaper, followed by 800 grit sandpaper, followed by 1500 grit sandpaper, followed by 3000 grit sandpaper as preparation for this kit.
