10 inch Wire Twisting Pliers. Make a loop of wire and clamp the ends in the plier jaws. Slip the loop over something to pull against, like a nail or cuphook. Pulling on the knob causes the pliers to spin, twisting the wire. These were designed to lock fasteners by wiring them together. However, they are great for twisting all kinds of wire.
