- Items must be in original, as shipped, condition; including unopened packaging if applicable.
- Shipping and handling is not refundable.
- For orders with quantity or shipping discounts, the original order will be recalculated, which may result in a lower discount on the items not returned or loss of shipping discount.
- Unless specifically authorized by us, we will not pay return shipping.
- Exchanges will incur shipping costs.
- It is recommended that the package be returned to us insured by the carrier. Items lost or damaged during return shipping will not be refunded or replaced.
- Refused unopenned returned shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus any return shipping costs.
Exemptions: - Special orders may only be returned for functional defects. We must be notified within 3 days of receipt.
- Closeout Items are sold "as is." Returns are not allowed on closeout items.
