This kit contains seven indespensable tools for all of your polymer clay projects: 2 mandrels, roller bead template, straight cutting blade, dimple tool, wet/dry sandpaper, and sponge.
MANDRELS (two diameters): Create even, consistent holes in beads and embellishments. Push mandrel completely through the clay object prior to baking in the oven.
DIMPLE TOOLS: Use to smooth and clean ends on beads and embellishments. Take tip of dimple tool and press into hole to create a clean, smooth opening. Or, press into clay object to create textured surface. Option: Carefully slide beads back onto the mandrel, suspend across sides of flat, shallow pan, and bake.
STRAIGHT EDGE: Cuts clay straight, even and accurately every time because it's thicker than razor blades.
WET/DRY SANDPAPER AND SPONGE: Create smooth, silky surfaces on polymer clay objects after baking. Place sponge in a shallow wquare pan of water, then place blay object onto sponge. Sand surface with sandpaper for a smooth finish.
ROLLER BEAD TEMPLATE: Create rolled beads by placing template over a thin sheet of clay and cut out the desired triangle shape. Roll the triangular shape of clay around one of the mandrels to make a rolled bead. |
