Average Customer Rating

Average quality for Chinese made inexpensive tools, but ANY carbide edged chisel is a bargain at this price. I've used it a little on a small slab of granite that I'm shaping, and it definitely does the job-without dulling as a softer chisel does. The brazed-in carbide slug is quite small, so any chipping of the carbide would be serious damage to it, so don't use this for heavy work, or with a too heavy hammer, or store it unprotected and free to move around with your other metal chisels. Also, don't expect to be able to do more than a very minor resharpening of this more than 1 or 2 times-if you're fortunate. : Reviewer: Donald from Del Rio, TN - 10/26/2009
