Nylon outside ring clamp with wedge. It has leather padding on both jaws. One end has a rounded jaw, the other is square. The wedge is used to apply pressure to the gripping end of the clamp. This can be very handy for other items besides rings. Clamp is about 6 inches overall, without wedge. Jaws are about 1 inch wide.
