Dremel 16438 Quick Change Adapter Kit. This kit is for use with Dremel 16 inch Scroll saws models 1671 and 1695. The kit contains the upper blade holder, T-handle wrench, mounting hardware, and instructions. This set does not include the lower blade holder for holding unpinned blades and came from the factory without it. We have included a second upper blade holder which you may be able to modify for use on the lower side.
