Definitely worth the price, especially if you have limited fund, are handy around a whetstone, and especially if only need them for light usage. If you're skilled enough to be able to do the initial sharpening/honeing/polishing and keep after these as required, so much the better as the blades are not too hard. [That being said, softer steel IS easier to sharpen.] These have un-eased square cross section shanks that some people may find uncomfortable without doing at least some radiusing.: Reviewer: Donald from Del Rio, TN - 10/26/2009
