Faq's

Will I be charged sales tax? Oregon does not have a sales tax, so we do not charge sales tax to anyone. A resale certificate is not required since we do not charge sales tax.

Can I save my basket? Use the form located below the basket contents on the basket page to save your basket for 72 hours. A link for reloading the basket is emailed or go to the basket page on any computer and use your email address to restore the basket.

How long will items stay in by basket?: Unsaved baskets normally remain live for 6 hours. This does change on occasion for maintenance or to resolve site issues. We recommend you use the Save Basket feature located on the basket page if you need to complete your order later.

Why do the contents of my basket keep disappearing?: You must allow or have Cookies enabled to use the shopping cart on any web site. Deleting cookies and/or enabling cookies will solve most functional issues. It is also a good idea to delete all of your browsing history if you have not done so recently.

Is there a minimum purchase? We do not have a minimum purchase.

Can I open an account? All orders must be prepaid by credit card, Paypal, business check or money order. We do not accept PO's as a form of payment or offer an accounts on terms.

What Versions of Internet Explorer do you support? We support Internet Explorer 10 and above. If you are using an operating system which doesn't support this, please choose another browser like Chrome.

Do you only sell to other businesses? We sell to individuals, businesses, schools, universities, and government agencies.

What is the Proposition 65 warning label about? The Proposition 65 warning is supposed to protect consumer safety, however it does not necessarily mean that the product is unsafe. Label requirements are far stricter than federal standards and only products passing through California will have this warning.

It is a blanket statement that covers any possible issues with a list of over 800 chemicals that may not even be found in that product. How long will it take to get my order? Most orders are shipped the same or next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery times will depend on the shipping method you choose and how far you are located from us. Within the 48 contiguous states, delivery for First Class mail or UPS Ground is generally 5 - 7 business days and Priority mail averages 2 - 3 business days.

Can I get more of an item than you show in stock? For most items, there may be more on the way or we can special order more for you. Please contact us by email sales@widgetsupply.com or telephone (541) 926-1003 to ask about a specific item.

Why can't I find the item I ordered last time? The item may be out of stock, discontinued or moved to a new location. Please call us (541) 926-1003 or send an email to sales@widgetsupply.com with the item number and description so we can try to locate the item for you or offer a similar item.

What if the price listed is incorrect? We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders.

Are your items in retail packaging? Unless stated or shown otherwise, products may not be retail packaged.

How many of an item am I buying? Unless stated or shown otherwise, products are purchased individually.
